Thank you for shopping with Artisan Farm Stand! We are proud to offer handmade and carefully prepared products, and we do our best to ship every order quickly and securely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During busy seasons or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will contact you by email with updated shipping information.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using USPS and/or other reliable carriers, depending on package size and destination.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
If you do not receive a tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Artisan Farm Stand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Artisan Farm Stand is not responsible for:

carrier delays
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

checking with neighbors

contacting your local post office

filing a claim with the carrier
We will do our best to help, but we cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on your location.
