Refund & Return Policy
At Artisan Farm Stand, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@artisanfarmstand.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Bath and body products that have been opened or used

Perishable food items (e.g., jams, pickles, vinegars)

Sale or clearance items
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
