Artisan Farm Stand – Return & Refund Policy

At Artisan Farm Stand, we take pride in offering high-quality handmade products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love what you receive.

Because of the nature of our products:

Many of our items are personal care products and food products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including soaps, bath products, jams, and other consumable goods.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (missing item, wrong product, etc.), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food products (jams, jellies, pickled goods, etc.)

  • Opened or used bath and body products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved for a non-consumable, unused item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
